James provides strategic employment advice on a wide range of issues to a number of pub, hotel and restaurant operators, including advice on TUPE, redundancies and restrictive covenant disputes. He also assists in corporate transactional work both in due diligence and in drafting and negotiating warranties, indemnities, service agreements and compromise agreements.
