Mark is a Chartered Town Planner with over 18 years of experience within local government and as a consultant in private practice. He has extensive experience of matters in relation to drinks, hospitality and leisure uses.

- Obtaining planning permission for a range of uses including public houses, bars, restaurants, cafes and leisure schemes
- Obtaining planning permission on appeal for café/bars
- Obtaining listed building consent and advertisement consent
- Successfully appealing an Enforcement Notice against the use of premises for café/bar in Westminster
- Advising clients on re-development potential within their portfolio
- Advising clients on change of use of premises for residential purposes.
- Advising on changes permitted to various uses under the General Permitted Development Order and Use Classes Order including the Class E and changes in legislation
